Menu — Dinner at Redgum Estates
Dinner runs from the dining room at Redgum Estates, booked separately from an evening at the card tables.
What’s Cooking Tonight
The kitchen at Redgum Estates keeps its own hours, well apart from the card room, and the dining room fills first most evenings before the tables open.
Everything on the board draws on the Central West — lamb and beef from properties out past the wheat paddocks, and a pumpkin soup that hasn’t left the menu in years.
Bookings for dinner are taken on their own; ask at the same time if you’d like the table held on through to cards afterward, and the kitchen will note it.

Starters & Soup
Pumpkin soup, and sausage rolls with a green-tomato relish.
Mains
Lachlan Valley lamb shoulder, or a Central West beef pie with mash.
Sweets
Sticky date pudding, or scones with jam and cream.
How the Dinner Table Works
- Dinner tables are booked separately from card tables — mention at the time of booking which one you want.
- The kitchen takes bookings up to 9 pm; after that, only the tea counter is serving.
- A dinner booking doesn’t hold a seat at the card tables, and the reverse is also true.
- Dinner is paid at the table when the plates are cleared, well before anyone moves through to the cards.
